We are water beings
On a water planet.
Sometimes it rains.
Perhaps raindrops are angels
Training for a higher destiny:
A liquidity of light
In the empyrean.
Perhaps standing water
Is a concentrated tincture
Of angels.
It is difficult to know.
But it is easy to hope.
