This "fotograft" was taken by Andree Reno of Vermont, and she says it reminds her of the "beach roses" she liked on Long Island Sound in Connecticut, growing up.
I cropped and editing and touched up the background and the petals themselves (image edges are hell to get natural-looking) and then framed and captioned it, all in the Paint program.
Thos little project is dedicated to the women that have been or still are in my life, wherever they are.
What's the song? To all the girls I've loved before? Not the all-time greatest of songs, but that's the picture here.
Love is as the poet Robt Burns said: "mighty lak a wild, wild rose." In other words, it comes up when and where it wants to and does not need cultivation!!
Very pretty, nicely framed.
