Hello Scott. You are right in telling me that you would prefer some of the chills we are exeriencing right now, but would not like the rain at all. Anyway, the sun is always up in the morning and will soon splash its all bright and hot glory rays as soon as the rain has stopped. It's probably what makes us all feverish and a bit ill at times (I might have caught that last night), the change in the weather that is. I hope you are coping well with the heatwave, as you call it (though it is something of a natural thing here, and I suppose I can cope better in this weather). And you said too that you would like to have the sun back here instead of there, well, okay, as long as you get to see it in the mornings too. Oh, and hello Mary, I am a friend of Scott's. And I am in the Philippines now. Your photographs are absolutely marvelous, both of people and of things, nature and all. I will try my best to have something posted here if I can come up with something interesting and relevant. I am usually at my writing best at this time, since this is a very lonely time for me. And I have also forwarded this site to some of my very closest and sensible friends and would try to tell them to try to do the same. It was wonderful to have known something about silk creek. I wish I can come and visit sometime.
Sincerely,
Pea
Hi Pea, thank you for posting on our blog! How kind of you! I hope you will send some pictures from the Philippines! That would be wonderful! Also descriptions of nature there!
Would you like to be a member of the blog?
I am sorry you are lonely! Loneliness is a sad and melancholy thing.
Hello again, Mary. Yes, I will try and do that, send you pictures from here for posting. My daughter loves to take pictures of anything that has to do with nature. Maybe a painting done by my son as well. And thank you for your sympathy, I guess I will have to just take care of the loneliness myself and snap out of it in time. Maybe a lot of writing will help. Till next time then, when I have my writings done.
Hi Pea, I will look forward to your pictures and your writing! I was very lonely for a long time and then I met a nice man. Now I don't feel lonely. Not in that way. I do enjoy my solitude, and did before as well, but now it is a more contented solitude.
If you decide you would like to be a member of the blog, let me know. Otherwise you can send your work to me. Or to Scott.
Hi Mary. I am quite honored that you have somehow invited me to be a member of this blog. Thank you, I don't know what it would entail so I guess I will have to wait and see. I do have written something which I would like to submit to you, and am just at a loss on how to do it. Do I post it here? Or do I email it to you? Thanks again and glad to hear from you.
Hi Pea,
In order to send you an official invite, I will need your email address. If you give it to Scott, he can give it to me and I can send you an email with an invite.
If you want to submit something for THIS BLOG, just give it to Scott--he can forward it to me. If you want to submit soemthing to the Zine, you can do so at the addresses given in the blog. The info and links for submitting are in the first post (at the bottom) of the blog.
You can also ask Scott for my Email address. I don't want to post it on line for fear of getting a lot of spam.
Hello Mary, I have sent the piece I have written to your email address(es). You can just check it out from there. Thanks again, and hope to hear from you soon.
